P.A.F. - ANTAGONIST IRON-SPIDER (AARON DAVIS)

Uno de los modelos que había quedado olvidado entre nuestros antiguos diseños (que luego mejoramos) es esta versión del Iron-Spider que se llegó a conocer durante un breve período como Antagonist, que no fuera otro que Aaron Davis, cuando fue "transportado" al Universo 616. Recordemos que este personaje, tío de Miles Morales, perteneció originalmente al Universo 1610, o sea el Universo Ultimate, siendo el Prowler de esa realidad y encontrando su fin tiempo antes de que todo ese universo colapsara, y Miles y su círculo interno fueran traídos (y revividos) en el universo principal. Pero en éste, ya existía un Prowler, Hobbie Brown. Entonces Aaron se hace con una armadura Iron-Spider del mercado negro, y encarna esta versión nada amistosa del personaje.

Lo curioso de este diseño es que no altera sólo el color principal de la Iron-Spider original, sino que cambia también su símbolo, y luego, gracias a las libertades artísticas, fue despojándose de varias de las partes doradas del traje, además de sumar una cuarta pata de araña mecánica, cuando la original sólo tiene tres.

Uno de nuestros seguidores nos recordó de este diseño y nos requirió que incluyésemos la plantilla de las patas, ya que nunca lo habíamos compartido, y ciertamente, tampoco la habían solicitado. Así que esta plantilla viene completa con sus patas, esperamos que les gusta y les sirva.

One of the models that had been forgotten among our old designs (which we later improved) is this version of the Iron-Spider that became known for a brief period as Antagonist, who was none other than Aaron Davis, when he was "transported" to the 616 Universe. Let's remember that this character, uncle of Miles Morales, originally belonged to the 1610 Universe, that is, the Ultimate Universe, being the Prowler of that reality and finding his end before that entire universe collapsed, and Miles and his inner circle were brought back (and revived) in the main universe. But in this one, there was already a Prowler, Hobbie Brown. So Aaron gets hold of some black market Iron-Spider armor, and embodies this unfriendly version of the character.

The curious thing about this design is that it not only alters the main color of the original Iron-Spider, but also changes its symbol, and then, thanks to artistic liberties, it gradually shed several of the golden parts of the suit, as well as adding a fourth mechanical spider legs, when the original only has three.

One of our followers reminded us of this design and required us to include the template for the legs, since we had never shared it, and certainly not requested it. So this template comes complete with its legs, we hope you like it and find it useful.

P.A.F. - BASES - NOVEDADES

Para los seguidores de los P.A.F. , y a pedido del público por así decirlo, les traemos el modelo genérico para hacer las bases para las figuras. Este diseño básico requerirá de una edición, les compartimos la base en blanco, cualquiera con un mínimo conocimiento en cualquier programa o aplicación de edición de imágenes puede darles el color, los diseños y las letras que prefiera. En un principio nuestros diseños venían siempre acompañados de su base personalizada, pero decidimos eliminarla ya que los modelos se mantienen en pie perfectamente, y para ahorrar pasos y costos, la base implicaría una hoja más por modelo. Pero para aquellos interesados en darles un acabado más completo a sus figuras, les traemos este patrón, que viene con cuatro bases para editar.

Paralelamente, se nos ha presentado un verdadero desafío con respecto a uno de los futuros modelos del Spider-Verse que les ofreceremos pronto, y es un modelo tan interesante y atractivo que, si bien implica un trabajo extra significativo, estamos muy interesados en poder realizarlo, no queremos desvelar mucho aún hasta estar medianamente seguros de que lo vamos a conseguir, pero estén atentos a las novedades.

COMIC - COLECCIÓN - SPIDER-MAN - CANON EVENTS

A raíz del reciente estreno de Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse, mucho se está hablando de lo que ahora tiene ya un nombre propio, y son los eventos canónicos, o canon events, que no son otra cosa que aquellos acontecimientos clave en la vida de todo Spider-Man que se precie, que cumplen la función de afianzar la naturaleza del héroe. En la mencionada película se hace hincapié en el evento de la muerte de un capitán de la policía, que aquellos verdaderos seguidores del trepa muros tenemos muy en claro que conecta directamente con el fallecimiento del Capitán Stacy, suegro del Spider-Man original. De la época en la que todavía faltaban décadas para hablar de multiversos y versiones alternativas. Los fanáticos acérrimos del personaje sabemos perfectamente cuáles son esos eventos que dieron desarrollo a nuestro héroe, comenzando lógicamente con la picadura de la araña. Pero hay muchos más. Y uno, particularmente, ha sido revisitado incansablemente a través de una imagen específica. Que representa mágicamente el súbito cambio interno en Peter, al entenderlo todo.

Al comienzo de su historia, vemos cómo Peter, luego de adquirir sus poderes, busca la manera rápida de ganar dinero, se convierte en luchador de la noche a la mañana, y es en este entorno que decide dejar escapar a un ladrón de manera egoísta y fanfarrona, ladrón que luego asesinaría a su tío Ben, y que Spidey sale a cazar hasta atraparlo, y al verlo, se da cuenta que es aquél ladrón que dejó huir, ya sabemos cómo va. Pero refiriéndonos exclusivamente a la viñeta que nos dejó apreciar en simples trazos, el momento más significativo de su historia, el comprender su error, y finalmente darle sentido a la frase de que "todo poder conlleva una gran responsabilidad". En Cacique Comics somos absolutos fanáticos de Spider-Man, a niveles astronómicos, y no es novedad. Y siendo éste el personaje más popular y representativo de Marvel Comics, es el que ha tenido más series, apariciones, participaciones, menciones, reediciones, reinterpretaciones y versiones alternas, no es descabellado descubrir que esta imagen ha sido replicada infinidad de veces, por infinidad de artistas, a través de las décadas. Prácticamente cada nueva serie del personaje, ha debido mostrarnos esta escena, pero no sólo eso, sino que dentro de las mismas series, se ha vuelto a retratar, prácticamente cada nuevo artista que ha tenido la responsabilidad de ilustrar al personaje, ha vuelto a mostrárnosla, y muchos varias veces, y yo, a nivel personal, siempre entendí que era ésta la imagen más representativa de Spider-Man, fantaseando muchas veces con armar una colección pura y exclusivamente de esta viñeta, en los lápices de todos los artistas oficiales que la hubieren plasmado. Fantasía que desarrollaremos en este espacio, gracias a que nuestra extensa base de datos del personaje nos permite hacerlo, trataremos de tener todas, o por lo menos casi todas, las que existen, hoy comenzamos con algunas pocas, pero sigan el progreso de este post, porque en él iremos actualizando y plasmando periódicamente las que vayamos encontrando.

Esperamos que esta dinámica les resulte una entretenida curiosidad, un agregado más a todo lo que desde Cacique Comics les ofrecemos siempre.

Practically every new series of the character has had to show us this scene, but not only that, but within the same series, it has been portrayed again, practically every new artist who has had the responsibility of illustrating the character has shown it to us again. , and many several times, and I, on a personal level, always understood that this was the most representative image of Spider-Man, many times fantasizing about putting together a collection purely and exclusively of this cartoon, in the pencils of all the official artists who would have embodied it. Fantasy that we will develop in this space, thanks to the fact that our extensive character database allows us to do it, we will try to have everyone, or at least almost everyone, that exist, today we start with a few, but follow the progress of this post , because in it we will periodically update and capture those that we find.
